The Covered area is 12000 sqft the client has given design brief of Working Hall + Conference room + 10 workstation + MD Cabin along with other amanitas.

Our design process started with the idea of Initial layout of Factory building with the bylaws of UPSIDC.

Fabric of building is Exposed Brick in office area.

The combination of wood and exposed brick work gives the feeling of nature In a corporate office along with that it goes with work profile of Green zone.

The exterior of the factory Is design in the context of wet mud.
