Residential Campus Of Mr. Kamal Chand Pradhan @ Acheja Greater Noida.

The Total site area is 16000 sqft the client has given design brief to us that he has 3 nos of son and wants independent duplex house with all the amenities along with vastu sahstra principles and a mid-street connecting to old house which was located at the back of the land given to us.

Our design process started with the idea of volumetric design along with principals of vastu and for one duplex house we have allotted 5000 sqft covered area which is converted in G+1.5 Floor later after discussions with client as they wanted there grandchildren’s to  occupy the same house after their marriage.

The process of the making this project alive from papers to reality would not been possible without the support of Mr Chaman ji.
